Looking for a good tea online shop, I came across Teatastic by chance. I found the numerous different teas with pictures and the detailed description great. That's why I ordered some teas there. The package was delivered quickly and safely packed. When I unpacked the teas, I was amazed that the tea delivered to me looks exactly like the pictures in the online shop. ? At Teatastic you can recognize the fresh fruit (e.g. the strawberries look red as if they were just picked) and smell it too. The taste of the tea was / is simply stunning and you can hardly stop! Super, super delicious and only recommended! ? This was never the case with other online shops that I previously ordered. My conclusion is clear, after years of disappointments at various other online shops, I will only order from Teatastic !!!!!! Here I know that I get super quality for a fair price !!!!! The shop made a rather impersonal impression when we visited a few weeks ago - big and empty, with a "neutral" sales talk. And since we found the price for 75g tea to be very / too high, we will probably not come back.

A very large and abundant selection of teas from around the world. Even organic quality. A stylish and incredibly cozy atmosphere! Nice shop, great tea, but the seller ... Who such good goods without a smile and with the only final words: "Anything else?" sold is not suitable for such a shop. He would be better off in an authority, because that's where people have to go again. By the way, it was the second time that we were there, the first time it was no different.

The store is large and nicely manageable. Divided into a sales room and an area where you can drink tea and seminars can take place. With large windows at the corner Berger- / Höhenstraße. Many teas are on offer, mainly tea from Alveus, as it is in many other stores and in department stores and the usual accessories: tea bowls, jugs, etc. Part tea under its own brand "Teatastic". Here, someone with marketing experience has thought, many products are labeled with the name of the store. The whole design, however, is a matter of taste, seems a bit hand-knitted. All in all, a nice and well-kept impression. But: I've rarely seen such a unemphatic, bored and disinterested employee in a (tea) store that does not care about the customers at all. He preferred to pack and weigh his tea packages in stoic calm, instead of taking care of my company and me - even though we had tried to talk to him three times - and the other customers in the shop did not bother him much. So at least two couples went back without being greeted or adopted. We would have liked to have a chat over tea and then certainly with a few sorts of tea set. New shops are exciting and we like to visit them, but here we did not even have the feeling to disturb, rather the feeling that we (him) do not care. A sample of the brewed tea, which stood in the middle of the store, we then took ourselves after demand itself. Again, the employee had no interest in whether he tasted us or gave any other feedback, but continued to hold on to his counter and dedicated to his Libra and his packaging work. PS: A postcard with logo of the tea shop on the front for 1, - Euro for sale is - let's say - interesting ... Conclusion: Pity, nice concept, modern implementation, great product, but such a store stands and falls with the service and thought dealing with the customers.

Finally a real tea shop! And with all that belongs to it :-D I was very happy that there is such a kind of business in Frankfurt now. Apart from really large selection of teas (above all BIO), very competent service, the beautiful tasting places, is the rest area, in which one can enjoy tea in peace, really great! In my opinion, Teatastic closes a gap in tea chains: On the one hand, they convince with their good taste and high quality tea selection. This is in organic quality and is offered at a good and fair price. On the other hand, you convince me with your environmentally conscious packaging. Even the tea sample as a small gift was in the glass tube packed up.

I was there on Saturday for the opening and I liked the place very much. The boys are really nice, friendly and helpful. The selection of teas is good and the quality is great too. Maybe a little bit more expensive than with big providers, but instead the shop donates more to climate protection than the symbolic symbol of the established giants. I also found the tearoom comfortable. The scent is a great idea, but the tags are still a bit too hidden behind the tees, so it's still upgradeable. I can not understand the bad rating, but you can not please everyone - but you do not have to. ;)

Unfortunately, hardly any customer service! Wanted to buy 50g of a variety of tea and I was told that it was too little. Ronnefeld on the Zeil does that with a better selection and cheaper prices
